One brick makes upto 15 gallons of media.

Coconut Coir is a great medium for composting toilets.  This material needs to be wetted before use and will expand 15 times its compressed size.  For best use Combine 3-4 gallons of water per 5 kg brick to hydrate and then urine will finish hydration and add enzymes to begin the composting process.  Break down the brick in a 5 gallon bucket and mix thoroughly.   Add the mixture to the hopper tank for easy coverage.
